The senile lentigo consists of brown roundish flat spots from 1/2 to I V2crn in diameter. It is generally located on photoexposed areas.
The histology showed a lenghtening of the interpapillar buds with a great increase of the melanocyted, the concentration of melanin and melanophagos on the surface of the dermis.
The clinical and histological differential diagnosis was with simple, senile and malignant lentigo.
The technique carried out was cryosurgery with 2 cycles. The results obtained were excellent.
