A group of patients with dermatologic lesions recurred to other theapeutics is presented (warts, genital HPV, Kaposi's Sarcoma, Molluscum Contagiosum). These patients who were HIV positive were treated by cryosurgery as a palliative or therapeutic method.The treatment was effective with a good postoperative response. In one of the cases the remaining lesions disappeared and in the others the appearance of new lesions in immunodepressed patients diminished.
