This year 40 years to usage special cryoinstruments are executed on the basis of fluid nitrogen for a cryodestruction of pathological tissues. The cryosurgery already has achieved considerable successes, prolong to open all new outlooks of its fruitful usage.

In Russia in N.Novgorod it is accepted the solution to emit the accumulator cell of scientific activities « Cryo-40. Achievements and outlooks », dedicated to a modern cryogenic method of treatment. We tender all doctors, engineers, scientific, learning and operating steep local cooling in medicine to send the articles in the accumulator cell (book). We already have received more than 20 articles. It would be desirable, that the accumulator cell became peculiar generalization of achievements, views on a cryosurgery, practical capabilities of a method, outlooks of his further analysis on the moment 40-years of a cryosurgery with application of fluid nitrogen. The issuing of the accumulator cell will serve to a noble purpose of strengthening of scientific contacts and cooperation of the supporters of a cryosurgery, should attract in this direction minds of the young specialists.
